Embossed Anti-Slip Self-Adhesive Foam Strip
Embossed EVA foam self-adhesive strip combining anti-slip, cushioning and sealing in one, for applications needing slip-resistant positioning.
Project Background
A customer needed anti-slip pads for the base of an electronic product. The surface had to have an anti-slip texture to stop the device sliding on a desk, while also providing vibration damping.
Our Solution
We chose embossed EVA foam, hot-pressed with a diamond anti-slip pattern, and coated the back with a self-adhesive layer. The material was slit to the specified width so the customer simply peels and sticks on arrival.
Customer Feedback
The embossed surface gave excellent slip resistance and the device sat firmly without sliding. Installation was simple and the bond held reliably — the customer has since rolled the solution out across their entire product line.
