Our 38 Shore C EVA foam sheet is one of the most popular base materials we produce. Foamed from high-quality eco-friendly EVA resin, it offers a balanced hardness (38° Shore C) that combines soft resilience with reliable support. The sheet has a uniform closed-cell structure, delivering excellent waterproofing, shock absorption, sound insulation and thermal insulation.

Processing Capability
Our factory operates more than 20 machines including CNC routers, precision slitters, automatic stamping presses and adhesive laminators. We work from your drawings or samples, and support free-shape cutting, contour carving, multi-layer lamination and adhesive bonding. Standard lead time is 3–7 days, and small batch orders are accepted.
