Product Overview
The high-resilience die-cutting pad is a cushion plate material developed for the die-cutting industry, made from high-density, high-elasticity EVA composite at 50–55° Shore hardness. Placed beneath the material being cut, it cushions and protects the die blade, distributes cutting pressure evenly and improves cutting precision.
The orange colour is highly visible, making pads easy to locate and manage in a busy workshop. Standard sheet size is 1 m × 2 m with thickness from 1 mm to 50 mm, selectable to match different die-cutting machines and jobs.

Selection Guide
Choose pad thickness based on die height and the hardness of the material being cut: thin materials (paper, film) suit 3–8 mm pads; medium materials (corrugated board, foam) suit 10–25 mm; hard or thick materials suit 30–50 mm pads. After a period of use, the pad can be flipped or repositioned so wear is distributed evenly and total service life is extended.
Customization
Besides the standard 1 m × 2 m sheet, we can cut pads to your machine dimensions, such as 0.5 m × 1 m, 0.6 m × 1.2 m or 0.8 m × 1.5 m. Special hardness and colours can also be produced on request.
