Project Background
A premium skincare brand was launching a gift set and needed a custom insert to hold five products — toner, emulsion, serum, cream and eye cream — in precise positions, ensuring safe transit and a premium unboxing experience.
Our Solution
We used light grey EVA foam and CNC-cut locating cavities to the exact dimensions of each product. The foam surface is fine and smooth, so it will not scratch the product packaging. Cavity depth was precisely calculated: products sit firmly without rattling, yet are easy to take out.
Customer Feedback
The unboxing result exceeded expectations — the products were presented neatly and the perceived brand quality rose significantly. The EVA insert protected so well that there was zero damage in transit, and the customer was extremely satisfied.
