Project Background
An automotive interior manufacturer needed cylindrical filler blocks installed inside door panels and dashboards, to fill structural gaps and provide positioning support.
Our Solution
We produced cylindrical EVA foam blocks in various diameters and heights to the customer's drawings, with a pre-applied adhesive on the base. Workers simply peel the release liner and press to install. The compression recovery of the foam keeps the blocks tight against the mounting surface, with no loosening over time.
Customer Feedback
The self-adhesive cylindrical blocks greatly simplified installation, tripling worker efficiency. Positioning was precise, door-panel rattling was eliminated, and overall vehicle NVH performance improved noticeably.
