Product Overview

Custom EVA foam packaging inserts are our core converting service — a one-stop solution from design to production for brand owners. Whether it is a premium cosmetics gift box, precision electronics packaging or a pharmaceutical tray, we cut to the exact product profile so every item is held securely and protected.

We operate CNC routers, precision die-cutters and hot-forming presses, and select the most suitable process for each order quantity and accuracy requirement to balance quality and cost.

Three Process Options Compared

  • Integrated CNC carving: best for small batches (100–500 sets), complex shapes and high precision (tolerance ±0.1 mm). No tooling required — programmed directly from CAD, short development cycle, ideal for new product trials and premium custom work
  • Die stamping: best for volume runs (500+ sets) with regular shapes. Requires a cutting die (one-off cost), low unit price and high output — suited to mature products in mass production
  • Lamination forming: multiple layers of different colours or hardness bonded by heat or adhesive, then cut to shape. Ideal for multi-layer structures, two-tone effects or special functions

Our Process

  • Requirement review: you provide a physical sample or 3D drawing; our design team proposes the best approach
  • Design drawing: we issue a CAD structure drawing for you to confirm cavity dimensions and layout
  • Sampling: a sample is produced (typically 1–3 days) so you can verify fit and appearance
  • Volume production: after sample approval, standard lead time is 7–10 working days
  • Quality inspection: 100% inspection before shipment to ensure consistent dimensions and clean surfaces

Typical Applications

  • Cosmetics sets: precise cavities for toner, serum, cream and eye cream, with logo silk-screening available
  • Electronics: locator protection and shock absorption for phones, earphones and smart watches
  • Pharmaceutical and healthcare: fixing and protection for bottles, reagent tubes and medical devices, FDA food-grade compliant
  • Gift packaging: custom liners for tea gift boxes, wine sets and jewellery boxes
  • Industrial parts: transit protection for precision components, optical lenses and sensors

Quality Commitment

All custom inserts are produced from eco-friendly raw materials and comply with RoHS, REACH and FDA international environmental and safety standards. We manage quality throughout, from design and sampling to volume shipment, ensuring consistent quality and on-time delivery. Send us a sample or drawing for a free evaluation and quotation.
