Project Background
A customer needed custom sealing and cushioning strips for a batch of industrial control cabinets. The material had to offer good compression recovery and self-adhesion, fitting tightly into the cabinet door gaps to keep dust and moisture out.
Our Solution
We selected 38° hardness EVA foam with a pre-applied high-strength adhesive, slit to the specified width and length. The closed-cell structure ensures excellent sealing and cushioning, and the self-adhesive backing makes installation quick and simple with no extra tools.
Customer Feedback
Sealing performance after installation was outstanding: dust inside the cabinets dropped noticeably and equipment stability improved. Installation was highly efficient — a single cabinet could be fully sealed in just five minutes.
